Thanks man, I have the exact same washer. I had the drain issue once before but thanks for taking the extra step of replacing the pump. Getting my pump tomorrow, thanks Amazon.

Duuuuuuuude thank for the video. And thanks for the idea to hold onto the pump.

Mine won't even turn on. But when I ran the diagnostics on it it said the f21 code.

So, it has been 9 months.. Is it still working? I usually like to purchase the 100% OEM parts...Also, a tip I learned, never use Vaseline on the o-rings. You can use silicone grease, like you use in other plumbing applications. DANCO makes it. Petroleum based lubricant breaks down the rubber o-ring over time. If you lube that filter cap, it will be easy peasy in the future cleanouts.

Hey. Is the pump and the drain hose supposed to be fully empty after every cycle or is there always residual water ? Thanks

There will probably be a minimal amount of water in there because the drain hose is pumping up hill and isn't full empty that hose.
