It's so delicious that I cook it almost everyday! Incredible fast and easy chicken dinner! Epic 10 minute chicken breast recipe with just a few ingredients! This is a terrific quick dinner idea for busy nights that's made with pantry staples. It's quite amazing how so few ingredients can transform into such a tasty sauce for chicken! Also this can be made with any protein - beef, pork, lamb, shrimp and even tofu! INGREDIENTS:
3 chicken breasts
Salt and pepper
60 g flour (1/4 cup)
3 1/2 tbsp butter or 2 1/2 tbsp olive oil or any
4 garlic cloves
1 1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
add 90 g (1/3 cup) honey (or maple syrup)

INGREDIENTS:
Yield: 4 servings
8 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
2 tbsp flour
Season with salt and black pepper
2 tbsp butter
10-12 small shallots
2 cups of white wine
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tarragon sprigs
2 cups of cherry tomatoes
I made Squid ink pasta just because it's my kids favorite 😅, but you can make any side dish you like the best :)

Old-fashioned French dish! Easy dinner any night of the week!
This is an elegant, velvety take on a traditional skillet-supper, perfect with mushed potatoes or a mound of fluffy white rice. Cooking this fricassee with the aperitif known as dry vermouth instead of the more traditional white wine results in a slightly sweeter and more aromatic sauce than you would ordinarily get. But white wine will work as well. Chicken fricassee is the original French comfort food and it is utterly divine. It may look fancy, but this complete meal-in-one is made with humble ingredients and cooks all in one pot for an easy dinner any night of the week!! 😋
INGREDIENTS:
Yield: 4 to 6 servings
8 chicken drumsticks
Season with salt and freshly ground pepper
2 tbsp butter
1/2 onion
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp Flour
3/4 cup / 180ml Dry White Vermouth
1/4 cup/ 60ml chicken broth
1 Bay leaf and 2 Sprigs fresh thyme or 1/2 tsp dried
1 carrot cut into fine, julienne strips
1 Leek, cut into fine, julienne strips
1/2 cup/ 120ml heavy cream

A very tasty, simple dinner recipe in a pan that I cook it very often. This is one of my family's favorite dishes. Any part of the chicken can be used for this recipe, just change the cooking time in the oven. You will definitely love this delicious recipe.
INGREDIENTS:
7 chicken thighs
Season with oregano
Season with salt and black pepper
5-6 medium potatoes
4 carrots
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
1 medium onion
4 cloves of garlic
Handful of parsley
3 tbsp Honey
4 tbsp Sweet Chili Sauce
2 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
Bake for 30-35 minutes at 200°C/ 400°F
