Have you ever tried Brazilian stroganoff? Easy and delicious! In Brazil, stroganoff is often made with beef, chicken or shrimp, but with a tomato base, and heavy cream instead of sour cream.
INGREDIENTS:
4 tbsp unsalted butter
1lb / 450g button mushrooms
Salt
1 large yellow onion
4 Garlic cloves
1 bay leaf
1 cup / 235ml heavy cream
1lb / 450g Chicken breast
1 cup / 235ml Tomato puree or passata
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Parsley
Freshly cracked black pepper
Garnish with a handful of potato sticks :)
1 cup / 200g Jasmine Rice
2 Garlic cloves
1 tbsp olive oil
Crispy potato, for serving

INGREDIENTS:
3 Potatoes
2 Chicken breasts, cut lengthwise
Season with Salt, Black Pepper, Garlic powder, Sweet Paprika
1 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp Olive oil
1 Onion
3 Potatoes
115 g / 4 oz Gruyère cheese
1 Tomato
1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
1 tbs Sour Cream
Bake at 180°C/360°F for 45 minutes

This Korean Honey Butter Fried Chicken is perfect for any occasion and I’m sure everyone will fall in love with it instantly. This Fried Chicken has an addictive flavor with a crunchy texture.
INGREDIENTS:
Avocado Oil for frying
1 Egg, room temperature
700 g / 1.5 lb Chicken Thighs, cut in bite sizes
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1/4 cup Cornstarch
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
Honey Butter Sauce:
3 tbsp Unsalted Butter
6 Garlic Cloves
3 tbsp Brown Sugar
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tsp Honey
add 1 tbsp toasted Sesame Seeds
Green Onion

I think the time it takes you to cut things gives people time to write down the ingredients/recipe. Just works for me. I miss my fur baby so much. What do you have that I hear every so often in the background❤? Dearest Sophi
