That looks like a lot of time and effort to make all them subs for catering orders! I respect the patience needed for catering sandwiches :) My box of subs would be Italian BMT, sweet onion teriyaki, and turkey & ham!

I just saw this video caught that too and this was 8 months age 😬

Instead of cutting the paper why don’t you just cut the sandwich before putting it in the wrapping/wrappings. Doesn’t that make more sense?
