The dogs shots were done with trip wires. They weren't hurt

I knew most of the punk kids. The violence at gigs scenes were taken from things that actually happened. I think the one with the girl getting stripped happened at an X gig at the Starwood. X stopped playing and denounced and stopped the attack. I remember a stabbing in a pit but I don't remember where and it wasn't a security guard. Good times!

2 Funfacts for this film: 1). The film has a cameo from Ray Lykins who is now one of Hollywood's best stuntmen (did the stunts in films such as Mission Impossible - Ghost Protocol, Spider man 3, Being John Malkovich and plenty of TV work too). He probably choreographed the fight scenes. 2). The young woman who is stripped and humiliated is actually a porn actress by the name of Gina Carrera!! I'm guessing that Penelope had difficulty in getting a 'regular actress' to do that scene!!

reminds me of that similar aspect in City of God where the cast was actually derived from people dwelling in a brazilian favela. I'll have to check this one out. Also been meaning to head down to Amoeba what with the reopening. And props to the shirt!!!!

I had the same questions about the dog shooting scene and how could they “fake that”? Upon researching if any dogs were harmed, nothing came up for me either. But that didn’t put my mind at ease. I would much rather see an explanation of how it was show and how it looked so real.

Tethers. Can kinda see one of the lines when that German Shepherd flips. Landing on it's neck looks unpleasant ha

@AaronFrick-zc6xu You're right, tethers stopping the dogs from running and making them fall, Which is messed up itself, but yea the dogs, went home ok after all that. RIP to the guy who played "Skinner" passed away a couple years ago

you know, that’s not a bad idea 🤔 one idea I’ve had since I came back was to re-review some old videos of mine, so this is definitely a huge possibility
