Here's a tip: when you make an object spin, it need so e acceleration and deceleration. Also that icon you put next to the spinning chip bags, it need to act like a separate object, so you need it to start a little later, and finish later too, like it's tied to the corner like a tether, this will help your animations look less rigid. (Not that they are that rigid)
