​@amberspassionforcrafting6654 I agree, you did an excellent job describing the process. I have two questions, you mentioned you got your heat press from Amazon. What is the make and model? Also, I don't understand why you have to do the sublimation process? Why can't you just put the picture into the bezel and put the glass on top? What is the point of transferring the picture to the metal?

You explained the steps better than most! Thanks! Also, the part the holds the chain is usually called the bale/bail, still not sure which is the correct spelling lol

Hello, I used the A-Sub sublimation paper from Amazon size 8.5x11. My printer setting is connected to my sublimation printer so I customized it. What setting exactly are you looking to get detail info on such as paper size, print quality? Etc.

Hello, you will defiantly need sublimation paper you can get it off Amazon and also you you can either purchase a epson inkjet and convert it to a sublimation printer or purchase a sublimation printer. I am sorry for your loss my sincere condolences 💐

Hi! Maybe you can help me. I've followed your steps but when I click on the picture to drag from my images the picture won't drag so I can put it in the circle. What am I doing wrong?

Hello You are doing nothing wrong try dragging it slowly and once it gets to the circle you will see your image pop up or make the circle bigger then drag in and size or down to the needed size. Hope this helps if not please reach back out to me 😉

Great quality my husband still has his and wears it everyday. He never takes it off even in the shower. I did have to make him a new pendant because of wear and tare but the necklace is still in great condition.
