    Subie savers.com makes complete outer rockers. For the inside and the underside to floor they have to be made by hand

    How do you seal the inside of the panel?

  • @TheSubieSanctuary

    @TheSubieSanctuary

    Жыл бұрын

    The back of patch would be sprayed with weld thru around edges and etch primer in middle. Then once all done and painted. We blast inside rockers with cavity wax, fluid film or krown. Any sort of sticky rustproofing oil will do inside.

  • @jeff666p

    @@TheSubieSanctuary how do you get to it though?

  • @TheSubieSanctuary

    @TheSubieSanctuary

    Жыл бұрын

    @@jeff666p you first would spray inside of patch with weld through around edge and etch in center before welding. Then for the after coating, there is over 30 factory holes along each rocker panel. A bunch through the top under interior door kick panels, the side skirt clips holes along side and the bottom side skirt clips holes. Or like how a rust proofing facility would do it, drill a couple holes in inconspicuous spots, run rust proofing wand through rocker and cap with a plug.

    Can I hook up with you for regular help on this 2004 Subaru forester? I have been on their death bed so the neuro chemistry and functionality have been greatly robbed. When I do start to get a little pace then they attack me one way or another. I jacked on the brackets between the pinch weld and the small cross member but both sides from approximately the back door to the quarter panel are now completely open. If you have any contacts in the Baltimore area where I can get someone to work with that would be very helpful The only Canadian place I know of is Clarks Burger but the Toronto guy was of no help in my need categories. A shout out for Jayden Rylee and her coherts and Juliana and her coherts from the Gridless Homestead for these sickafents stealing their respective spirits.

    That’s definitely not true, it takes 30 hours to do one entire rocker replacement. Then youll be painting the door jambs. This took a couple hours and some sheet metal out of the recycling bin. Keeping the repair below skirt line. No painting required
