Styptic Powder : Prepping for a Pet Injury : How to Stop the Bleeding
It's good to not only prep for yourself and your family but for our furry family members too. It's good to have a first aid kit for our pets too. Styptic Powder is a great thing to have on hand. It stops minor bleeding from an over trimmed nail, a small wound etc. Disposable booties are also a great thing to have around to keep the bleeding area clean and protected.

We use cayenne pepper to stop bleeding. It works! We also have a cone for our dog to stop her from licking it off or licking any future injuries which would hinder the healing process. Thanks for sharing.

When do you rinse the powder off their ear??
Is it also usable for human? Celox or some sort are expensive.
