I have not used a curling iron before, but I will now. I have a short pixie and I’ve used the tiny (pencil) flat iron and it does give it a different look. Yours came out wonderfully 👍

I have almost the identical haircut but use an even smaller curling iron a three eighths inch one. This has given me some new ideas. Btw it looks super cute on you!

This is just adorable! You could wear your hair anyway, and it would suit you! I don't use a curling iron, I use my hair straightener, but then I don't get tight curls I get a bit of a wave to it...I think I like the wave better on me than tight curls, I feel like when I do curls it just looks strange.

I have been watching all your videos as just found you today . I was going to try the Velcro curlers but might try the curling iron. I have one, used once & burned my head not my hair. Maybe had too close to head. I have a pixie cut & set my hair in hard rollers as I said somewhere to you. I live everything you do. Thanks for the great tips. Joan.

Your curls look nice. I like your makeup, too. Very delicate. I had a small barrel curling iron. My previously broken wrists are not very cooperative and I burned myself so I gave it up.

For the bangs, I go back, and to create a more natural wavy look I vary the direction I curl rather than just forward. I also use Sandcastle R+Co nota spray. Just some options for you! Have fun ;)

Lol I’m super clumsy - as I was editing this video I cringed a few times thinking it was a miracle I didn’t burn myself. It does come with a heat protect glove but I didn’t use it. Thanks for commenting - love seeing your comments every week 🌞

While cute when curled, my honest opinion is I think you looked cuter before you curled it and right after you sprayed it and brushed it out.

Hi tera - I get my hair colored by a stylist - she first bleaches the roots and then puts a toner on it. She used the OWay brand.

Hi again, I have a question. After you have styled with products what do you do the next day. . So do you wash your hair every day or just rewet yr hair & style again. I bought a hot hair brush from Amazon after watching your video. I will do it tomorrow but I don't want to wash my hair every day, so what do you do? Thanks Joan.

Hey Joan - I don’t wash my hair every day either - I usually wash it every other day. On the days I don’t wash it I either brush it and use a bit more product like styling taffy or puddy to restyle or i use dry shampoo - Amika makes a good dry shampoo spray that I like and it basically dries up any oil in your hair and just freshens up things. Hope this helps! 👱🏻🌻

You have a section just at your crown on right side you tend to miss..just fyi
