I know this video is couple years old, however I just got a similar haircut and on a whim bought the Ausie freeze mouse. It is great for keeping the bangs in place and my colicky tamed. The smell is also amazing.

I wash my pixie cut every day because it sticks straight up in the morning like a cupie doll! I see you don't need to shampoo every day. Does your's not stick straight up in the morning? I would rather be able to skip a day but just making it wet doesn't cut it either. Thanks!

As you were speaking in the beginning, while holding your cup, it was tilted. I found my sled watching to see if it was going to spill over. Also, you mentioned a shampoo you use at one time but do you use a purple shampoo to keep your color platinum?

Hey Cissy! I used to use a purple shampoo/conditioner but don't anymore. My hair stays pretty platinum between colors. If you need a good purple shampoo/conditioner, try the Loma brand. I used to get it on Amazon.

you should show us a picture of you with dark brown You do look so cute and always put togerther .I realized that you have to style pixie cuts not just wash and go!

Oh sweet Lady... here is the same... if I wear my natural colour I'm so pale... so I have blond hair too, but more golden... it works for me better. I like your videos and your Pixi. We with short hair can use a lot more heat or a flat iron for the reason we cut the hair short if it should got a little demaged... 😀 your fan from Germany Btw, I love products from Kevin Murphy and Goldwell, sometimes Redken paste and Osis powder... Kerastase is great, but too pricey in my opinion...

Hey Bree - the very first time I got it colored, it required a bleach. My stylist uses the OWay brand so it’s gentler on my hair. Now when I go get my hair done, my stylist bleaches the new growth roots, then puts a toner on everything. Hope that helps!

Hi Bree - tell your stylist you want to go platinum. She will first bleach your hair and then put a toner on it. Then every 7 weeks I get my roots done and a haircut

Just discovered your Channel! Love your calming and honest approach. I was drawn to the channel from your pixie cut advice. I'm confused though, when do you use you're Jirri blow dryer brush thingy and when do you just use a regular blow dryer. My impression from your review of the Jirri was that it was a discovery that sort of changed your approach to your hair. But in your favorites video it kind of seems like you just use it a few times a week. What would you say determines whether you're using a trad'l blow dryer or that round brush blowdryer tool? p.s. love your color!

I finally found your question! So when I first bought the hot air brush, I used it every day that I washed my hair. I have since scaled that back because I might not want any curl in may hair that day and when I use the dryer brush it gives a slight curl. Usually I will use a blow dryer if I plan on using a flat iron. The hot air brush is really a wonderful tool, but now I have all these great tools sometimes its hard to choose what to use. :)

I have been cutting my hair very short and in a pixie all of 2019 and I'm going to always keep it short and never make the mistake of growing it out. Can you maybe do a video explaining how you like your hairstylist to cut your hair? I need ideas on how to explain to a hairstylist I what I want. My last cut was 3 weeks ago and I'm itching to cut it again very soon and I want to go shorter on the top like how you have yours. I'm just not sure if you have your hairstylist cut the ends in a way like to texture it. Does the hairstylist use a razor or scissors (and maybe thinning sheers)? And to achieve the round the face look, how did the hairstylist cut it? I definitely need mine shorter on the top (1-2 inches shorter) I'm not sure if it needs to be thinned out more. Feels thick and looks poofy when I style it, and I'm looking for a change and want to style it like you have done your hair in the video.
