Yeah, I saw this house represented on another channel, just the way this house sits, it's a little too modern for my days, but it's the utility this offers someone like myself, who is has been in on and out of media production.... The lower grounds, those two decks offer amazing utility... It's a great opportunity to be coastal as well if you have property in another state...

Finally, there is a big house with more than just racks in the closet . These great big houses should have designers' closets.

Beautiful home. Love how spacious the bedrooms are. I like that it had a pool with an outdoor barbecue kitchen BUT what is up with Atlanta and unfinished basements. It’s so weird and unprofessional to me. (The builders of course) That would have never been acceptable back in the days.

This is a great modern master piece, I'll definitely reach out if I ever move the east coast. This luxury home is so affordable comparing to California. lol. 😂

I saw this house and trapped b/t this one which cost a bit more than this other home...119 Le Brun Rd NE Atlanta, GA 30342 I am glad no one got it yet... I like both of them but second option has a bit more land and the windows are placed on the home for maximum privacy and a lot more usable land but there maybe an HOA which I despise.... LOL

It would be neat to build a walking track in the basement. Thank you for showing us!
