Would help to put the price at the beginning of the video. 420k for a 3/2 in this area is just ridiculous. Wait about 12-18 months and see the foreclosures come in.

Way overpriced for a 3/2 in Ocala. No first-time buyer should buy a home that is 400k. New construction is wood homes that should never be built in Florida because of our weather. Only purchase block homes, no matter how pretty it is. Is this a block home? You should make an effort to mention this for each property.
