Eating raw pork is very dangerous and you’re giving very bad advise to your viewers!😈👎

@@nf2885 it's a valid concern raw pork kills 10000 people every year cause being a worm good thing is that in countries like the US hogs are no longer fed raw meat and we are better at freezing it so while 10000 cases of infected meat are spotted in china only 12 are yearly spotted in the US not saying you should eat raw pork in bucketloads but a pinch is fine just buy good brands to be safe

Bozo you are dead wrong. Like I told you, I am a microbiologist and the tape worm will live inside your intestines and will be ineffective by you immune system. Pasquale is giving his viewers very bad advise. Maybe if the tape worm attacked your brain, you might sing a different tune. You’re an idiot BOZZzzo
This dude eats raw meat, grows his own vegetables and herbs, drinks wine, smiles, and has fun... I think I just discovered the key to longevity 🤔🤯

When we take a roast and grind it up I make an almost baseball size ball of raw meat and sprinkle fairly heavy Kosher salt and equal amount of black pepper and eat it. To me it tastes good, beef only. My younger sister did too. Try a little piece, you may like it.

Yes but here is the problem. He grew up in Italy where they grew and slaughtered their own pigs so it was probably safe to taste a tiny bit of the raw meat. Now he's in the United States and unless he's buying organic small farm grown pork, the pigs are now raised with all sorts of chemicals, steroids and antibiotics to make them grow faster and bigger. Therefore, there is a much greater danger of getting sick off raw pork. Or beef. Or chicken. My own grandmother used to use raw eggs to make meringue for pies. But when the danger started about 30 years ago, she stopped. And this was a woman who would be like 113 if living and learned the old way like Pasquale. I really like Pasquale and I'd hate to see him get sick from raw meat.

I absolutely love this man. He reminds me of my dad and he cooks all the delicious meals we used to have as a family brings a smile to my face and I love watching videos going to make this recipe today.
I love this guy! He reminds me of my own family as my parents were right off the boat and my Dad cooked more than my mom. lol. I love how when he slips in a very short Italian word here and there like in place of the word "because" and probably doesn't really realize it. He says "Kay" not sure of the spelling and may be his dialect. 5:26

My father's parents came over from Italy and I loved my grandmother's and aunt's cooking! I don't have the knack unfortunately.
This is the most pure and genuine man how could you ever dislike one of his videos?

Thank you for this wonderful recipe! Will definitely try it :) As you asked, the female peppers have 4-5 lobes at the bottom and may sometimes seem sweeter, while the male peppers have only 3. Just looked it up hehe. If you hadn't asked, I probably would've never known. Once again, Thanks!

Now is the time of year meals like this are the best! I like that you used red peppers. I don't think they were around when I was a kid so we always had green peppers. I like the colored ones better because the green is too strong of a taste, but I still make one or two green ones with the rest for old times sake. I use Red-Yellow and Orange Peppers.And use 3/4 hamburger,1/4 Italian Sausage. Thanks Salute!!!!

I think its a matter of personal taste. In addition to Pasquale, who actually worked in a restaurant in Italy, I also watch "Grandma Gina's" channel 'Buon A Pettiti" because she came from Italy and learned most of her recipes from her grandmother and mother as a child over there. She and Pasquale make a lot of the same dishes and I like to compare them. She uses LESS garlic in a lot of her recipes, actually frying it in olive oil then removing it so the food has a nice hint of garlic flavor but is not overpowering. Personally, I don't like too much garlic. I think it ruins the taste of the rest of the ingredients.
