It's a good way of studying...tbh I have been using it for a long time...and there are so many aspects that she didn't point out like when you actually record your productive time you know what you actually did in your day, you know how much time you actually gave to what and how much successful you were during that time ...if you are doing maths you know exactly how much time you gave to every question....it's really really effective way of studying.

I promise to myself I maintain discipline.I will achieve a govt job.
