Just wanted to let you know that you are super inspiring for me right now. Unlike you, I never really got my first full time job due to the current global situation. I was supposed to move a week ago to Germany for my first full time position in my degree field (Computer Science). So everything for me was put on hold and so during this brief period of isolation and global stillness, I decided I didn’t want to continue pursuing the 9-5 life. I am now whole heartedly pursuing freelance web development/design and graphic design. I would love to see more videos on how you structure your days and your work schedule. You mentioned that you find it hard to sit still but I have the opposite problem I guess. I find it very hard to maintain a steady level of discipline and motivation. I go through ups and downs or waves of these and I’m trying to find the perfect balance. But anyway I just discovered your videos and would love to see more 🖤❤️🖤

I always always always looking forward to your vlog. It’s my wind down Sunday activity. Not only your voice is comforting and your vibe in the video is aesthetically pleasing, but like I said before I love watching you pack orders. I’m weird I know but there’s just so much satisfaction from seing people accomplishing goals, it’s like a therapy for me seing other people being productive even if it’s just packing orders. The stickers look great in that organizer! I need to keep up with goals and stuff that happens in my life. I did that when I first started making studio vlogs and quit writing stuff halfway through the year. When I went back to look earlier this year I really enjoyed remembering what I was able to achieve and do. Keep up the great work!

So excited for you and coming along on your journey! You're the first art-youtuber I always recommend to art friends because you're just so natural and fun to watch. Just on your last point about wanting to be a ball of productive energy, I totally know that feeling. At my day job I'd normally use my remote days as full focus, get-everything-done days, and when we went remote full time I kept that energy level up for about 10 days haha. Now I take each day with the energy I have, some days are full force and others are mostly couch and bare-minimum days. See you next week!

I always reccomend buying refurbished! Last year I needed a new mac for school so I went to best buy and got into a conversation about refurbished vs new with the sales person and they said that a lot of times refurbished laptops are ones that were bought by students, used for one semester (or less) and then returned, so most are in great condition! Also I think that's awesome that you've taken the plunge and gone completely freelance, youre so talented and you work so hard! Since finding your channel you've been one of my favorite illustrators and a major inspo to me, I'm happy that you're pursuing the career that brings you the most fulfillment 🌼

I have really high hopes for you! This is making me nostalgic about me freelance experience, running an online store, and my life back in Vegas! Please remember, taking breaks is part of being productive. I understand wanting to work 24/7 but setting boundaries will help you in the long run! Your health (physical and mental) is important for being creative. Also, make sure you consider ergonomics when choosing your new desk setup!! you got this!

I know this is from way long ago and you moved again, but I got some of my largest tables from department stores that were going out of business. I use those, my metal table even has like a pull out shelf to extend it. It looks nice because it was for displaying folded pants and shirts and for mannequins to sit on. my wooden one is getting old and is a bit more wobbly at the joints because its made of particle board, its thicc tho. Been using it as a tv stand for all my games and consoles for close to a decade. I think i got them from a rue 21 for free. I also didn't have to worry about bed bugs or anything because it came form a department store. That's something I do worry about when thrifting.

I enjoy having a physical to do list too, I look at my to-dos even less if its digital. I always love your videos and having a peek into your life while I attempt at multitasking. You accomplished so much! It's ok being an unemployed bean :) I will definitely try to support you

re: the # of followers, at least for me, i was more driven and i had more fun when numbers were small compared to when numbers were larger. i like your idea about celebrating or at least acknowledging your accomplishments, i need to do that more often :) best of luck in your freelance journey 💓

The monetary assistance can differ from country to country but freelancing right now can be very risky since our model of income is unstable, especially if we're expecting to have this pandemic for more than a year. Not sure if it's been said but refurbished is actually just as good if not better than new. :) They replace anything that is broken or faulty, so in some cases you end up with a pretty much brand new one due to all the new parts in it. And you are less likely to get any faulty parts because they are all tested before they are put up as refurbished. :) My partner used to work for Apple Care and recommended always getting refurbished!

If you plan for other things on the weekend, maybe it will help!. Like cooking things you like or exercising. Or watching movies or shows. Plan fun, that's what I'm saying, maybe if you do it enough, weekends will be naturally a 'relaxing' time.

Hello I just wanted to spill a little shpeel. mam u r SUCH an inspiration to me right now!! Thank you for making videos I love watching them, and I really felt what you said about being an influencer. I've always wanted to put myself out there and make my own videos because of all these KZreadrs that I grew up with, but I'm also camera shy and feel like my life is pretty boring right now lol. I'm in my last quarter of college and it's a lot of excitement as well as anxiety with an upcoming new chapter of life. I have no ideaaaaa what's next but I recently bought a new drawing tablet and it's coming tmr!!! I want to try and sell merch/make videos/do something creative as a career!!!! And watching you makes me feel like I can do it 💕 thanks for ur vlogs ilu you're so CUTE 🙂

If the bean needs a place to sit, you should check out sofamania.com. They have awesome sofas and loveseats which are great quality, and there's always a coupon you can use. Oh, do you make stationary with your artwork on it? Hope this helps!

As of now I have enough places to sit, but when i feel the need for a sofa, I'll check it out :3 So far I've only made stickers, but I want to soon branch out into post it notes, notebooks, etc.

Tiffany i think apple may have given you a completely brand new MacBook, that does not seem refurbed at all, it even had the original seal and macbook sleeve plus the apple stickers. U may have gotten lucky with this one! I think it could be a sign that ur freelance work will thrive. (Fingers crossed🤞🏼❤️)

You could use your iPad as a 2nd display for your MacBook. I think is called sidecar.
