Love your channel and your art. Just some thoughts that through the years has given me peace of mind: happiness comes and goes like sadness and anger, etc. I realized that what I really needed was contentment - which is knowing that no matter what was happening in the moment, I could take care of myself. Good things happen and not so good things, but I’ll show up for whatever comes my way. Happiness bubbles up at times, but contentment lives deep in the soul. ❣️🙏🏻

I do think I need to be more aware of those moments that I feel really sad and realize that it's not going to stick around forever! I just want to be more aware of my feelings so I can process it and not let my anxieties make it worse 🌟

Hello, just stopped to recommend you having a gratitude journal. It helps so so much and I really notice such a big difference on the days I do it and when I don't. Just write 5 daily things that you're grateful for. Hope you try it and if you do, that it helps in your journey.❤️

Actually that was part of the class assignment I was taking. I take a few minutes at the end of the day to write 5 things I'm grateful for and 1 thing that I savored that day. It's so much more positive than the things I used to write in my journal~

I agree about the Vegas heat. I'm willing to pay a bit more to stay cool.

Haven't been feeling my best because having to go through law school online is so difficult!! But having these vids on sundays/mondays (depending on when it notifies here hehe) helps me relax. Your content is always amazing 💖

The Little Book of Hygge: Danish Secrets to Happy Living Book by Meik Wiking (the author works at the Happiness Institute ), and The Year of Living Danishly: Uncovering the Secrets of the World’s Happiest Country Book by Helen Russell. I loved them and have read the little book of hygge a couple times now. :)

Have you tried eating plantains? They're every good to eat and better than bananas. Plantains turns black when ripen and taste really good when cooked....but they're very hard to peel. Don't eat them when they're green or yellow because they will taste like potatoes but if you like the taste potatoe Chip's then you can eat them.

@@apple.cheeks yes and no they're sweet when ripen but not sweet when fresh they taste like very starchy like a potato when fresh but let them ripen they taste sweet. Especially when cooked and caramelized with butter on non stick pan.
