I’ve got some 266’s they used to be a live sound workhorse, definitely not bad for 65 bucks a piece. Slowly changing them out for better ones but they are great and cheap to start with. The 160A’s are still around 250 bucks, those are really nice ones too 👍🏼

Interesting, the video for me sounds like if some kind of noise reduction would have killed the sound of the compressor

I agree. I feel like I should do an independent review of the 166. Give it some real trials. I was trying to stay consistent with the format of the series. I'll try to get to that in August. Right after Mixing and mastering month in July. Stay tuned!
