This is worth every penny. Those further north know this "studio" would be listed much, much higher. As someone else mentioned, it's too close to the neighbors. I like the idea of having people around but not that close. lol

Some people prefer to be in the city and not out in the burbs on a large plat of land.

Excellent video LaTonya, I love the "almost" floor to ceiling windows throughout, my only gripe is that the homes are to close together (I can do without seeing my neighbors lol).

The building is nicely done. It would work for someone who wants the city life. Don't necessarily agree with the way neighborhoods are being impacted. For me, I want some land with a house in the middle of it. I don't mind neighbors if they are down the road lol. I wish you well with your realty business!

Shame on you all for kicking poor people out of their homes and gentrifying Raleigh. And then have the nerve to show a patio. That's supposed to be attractive when all you got is a view of your neighbor's house and tospeak of and then charging ridiculously high prices.Shame on all of you

How do you know that's the case here? All I did was film the house.

Five Points has been pricey for decades. A $900,000+ house was bought and the developer tore down the house, subdivided the land and built 3 houses with 3 ADUs. In effect with the ADUs, he's provided 3 affordable residences in an excellent location that 3 people can rent who might not otherwise be able afford to live in this neighborhood. This wasn't an exercise in displacement. In fact, the rich neighbors in this general neighborhood (Hayes Barton) fight this sort of infill density in their otherwise exclusive neighborhood. @yourfavoriteraleighrealtor, you don't owe anyone an apology. If I needed a house this size and could afford it, I'd buy this in a heartbeat. It's just simply too big (and expensive) for my needs.
