AD | Today’s house tour takes us to the sought-after location of Wembley Park, just 12 minutes from Central London on the tube, to visit the build-to-rent apartments of Quintain Living. These apartments are currently available to rent through Hamptons Estate Agents - and I personally think they are an amazing place to live, if you're thinking of moving to, or within London!
The studio apartment I’m looking around today is in the Madison building, which has a wonderful selection of apartments to suit different living needs and bedroom preferences.
What I really loved about this building was the extensive, well thought out amenities, such as the work from home spaces, roof terraces and soon to be, a gym! Whilst the apartments feel super luxurious and of high quality, with Samsung appliances and John Lewis & Partners furniture. Location wise, the ease of travel from nearby stations couldn't be better, but with this area, you also get a really great community feel too, which is really refreshing when it comes to city apartment living.
The studio apartment I’m showing you around, is perfect for a solo-person or couple, who just needs a homely, inviting space to relax in at the end of a busy day in the city. This would be perfect for someone making their first move to London, or perhaps only needs the apartment during the week before going elsewhere on weekends.

As somebody who's wanting to move to London, this apartment is one of the best I've come across. It's not too small as most studios are. Love it!!

And after saying that I went to Greece on holiday and the hotel put Pringles in my fridge….. maybe it is normal 🤔 haha

@@JadeMarieOfficial Yes, they usually put everything including nibbles in the minibar. Kettle chips are way better than pringles !

This is such a great space if you don't have a lot of stuff, or if you like you said commute from the country and are only really in the city to work. Or, if you share with friends and family that, in this case, want a place to stay in London when travelling.

There is a door! it's a pocket door so it's hidden when open!

@@WelcomeHomes would be good if you showed things like that. Also when you open cupboards and wardrobes and don't show us inside it's a bit annoying. Be nice for us to see the size for ourselves if possible x
