To all the members of Stryper Michael Oz Robert Tim even though he's no longer in the band I want to say thank you for being the soundtrack of my youth my life I seen you guys in concert twice bottom of my heart does a fan thank you for your music

This is really cool! Michael Sweet and Oz Fox, one of the most underrated and overlooked guitar duos in metal in my opinion. Not to mention their vocal harmonies are just beautiful. They are all great musicians and write amazing songs. Though I do not consider myself a Christian, I still enjoy blasting Stryper’s music and singing out loud.. Jesus is the way!

Tim Gaines is a Terrible person. He betrayed Robert , Michael & Oz , & tried to Destroy STRYPER so I ( personally ) hope they don't include Tim. He doesn't deserve it. No offense.

What year was that I saw them at Rock n Roll Heaven in Toronto in about '87 or was it /89? Rob Halford came out but we had to leave early shame lol!

I have started giving away your CDs to the next generation of young Christians starting with my daughter's friends. I was invited by a Pentecostal Pastor (who is actually running for Governor of Alabama) to speak at a Prophecy Conference in Georgia (i live in SC) about a year ago. I spoke on 1 Enoch. I would love to collaborate with you guys and help you produce (free from my end, no money, a donation to your ministry to help you bless others) an album called "Enoch Rock". All songs based on the incredible book of 1 Enoch found in the Ethiopian Bibles as well as the Dead Sea Scrolls. This book clearly portrays Jesus as the Son of Man Character. Tertullian (Early Church Father who coined the word Trinity) taught that Jesus was the Son of Man from 1 Enoch and that the book itself was inspired Scripture. Keep the fire burning. God bless. I love stryper, from the first time I heard a song by him for the first time I knew that he would be a faithful follower of the band. I have even when they took a break continue their members with their solo projects !!!!. Stryper is the masters and it was time for an official documentary

At 13 years old in 1986 I became a huge fan of StRYPER. I was a Christian then and still am. You guys had an enormous influence in my life and uplifting JESUS in music. Just one more life you have touched in your years of ministering. I even had the black " To Hell With The Devil " shirt and wore it proudly. Even to school... I had all the album cassettes, even the singles. What a true blessing you have been from GOD for many.

My eyes welled up so moving 🥹🥲God bless you all. I heard about you guys years ago then i followed Annie and saw her husband I was like wow what a wonderful marriage. Praise be to God

GOD, GUITARS, HEAVY METAL = finally, a place where I fit in

Just wanted to post this in case the Stryper guys read it one day....last weekend my son bought me tix to see Metallica in Atlanta for my birthday. I like Metallica - not a super fan but I’ve listened to them since the 1980’s. ...So I’m watching them for the first time ever live in concert at a huge arena and they do an excellent job performing & obviously have a high end $$ visual show. I’m thinking to myself that I’ve seen Stryper about 6 times from 1988 until most recently in 2019 I believe. I’m thinking that Metallica - in terms of talent, songwriting, musicianship & visual performance are in no way any better than Stryper on any level. Sure they (Metallica)have the mainstream appeal & you can’t take away anything from them as musicians. On a pure talent/skill level....Stryper is the real deal even if you don’t like what they stand for. In my opinion there has not been any band that has had to balance the pressures of mainstream acceptance(radio/ MTV/touring ) & at the same time stand by the convictions of their faith as much as Stryper has done. Sure there are other bands that might have had a bigger platform due to the internet & social media...(skillet/pod/switchfoot etc) but they all did it long after Stryper did it the old school way... with word of mouth & record stores. I just wanted to give credit where it’s due!! STRYPER ROCKS!!!🔥🤘🏼

@@jamesnorton7601 haha- have you seen both bands live in person? Obviously they each have their own different styles but but Another thing I can give Stryper props for is the vocal harmonies. I love Metallica’s style but they don’t come close to nailing tight harmonies live.

@@jamesnorton7601 Not to start a war in the comments but (and I'm sure Michael is reading this) Stryper is the only band from the 80s that STILL regularly produce new music which beats everything in their past and improves with each release. Not just better music but MORE. "Even The Devil Believes" isn't even their last album. These guys just keep setting the bars to a new high and putting their critics to shame. They've produced 4 albums in the last decade alone (a 5th is on its way), all of which peak their career and beat most mainstream metal albums of the 80s. This feat has never been accomplished before and they don't get enough credit for it. Managing to be this incredible _despite_ being subjected to so much unfair backlash not only makes Stryper the most underrated band in music history but also one of the very best. Top 5 bands of all time for sure. I love Metallica but they don't possess 10% of Stryper's power. Now I don't know how much of Stryper's discography you have completed but please give a thorough listen to their modern albums as well as their 80s, but their modern albums especially

So happy I finally got to see them at the trading post in Roseville CA. Can't wait for their 40 year anniversary tour.

Awesome. I used to wake up to the Yellow and Black Attack cassette every morning on my Radio Shack alarm clock in the 80's, and could play every song on 🎸 guitar. You guys truly rock for the Rock. I was bored in a VBS or teen thingy and wrote down all the lyrics to "More Than a Man". The youth leader found it and started telling everyone what an incredible poet I was. When I said no, no that's Stryper lyrics, then haha he got all bent out of shape and said we don't listen to them here (wasn't my church hehheh). Another time I sang, and played guitar with my drum machine to one of your songs in front of a Baptist church big youth group. They loved it, then afterwards the DJ from the local NH Christian radio station came up and lectured me for half an hour about the evils of rock. Gimme a break, music is a medium that carries a message. You guys always had the unashamed message. I'm 53 now and still listen and jam to Stryper often!
