It drives me crazy when the boys call JHope and Jin cowards! Like, they are so the bravest people I know! (I know I don't really know them, but I feel I do) Yeah, they both startle easily but even if they know they will be terrified, they still participate. Try getting a Hippo on a bungee platform. I remember when he have to do a bungee jumping in run bts he is so afraid but when he jumped and the staff said who is in your mind he said army (its like test for the member). Because of it i way more respect to hobi and now he is my bias . Im So sorry for my bad english 💜

He's a dancer. He's a rapper. He's a singer. He's a songwriter. He's a music producer. He's insanely talented. He's kind and honest. He's responsible and reliable. He's loyal and brave. He's mature and understanding. He respects his hyungs and takes care of his dongsaengs. He's also an amazing friend to Namjoon, they rely on each other when it comes to leading the group. He loves his members and Armys. He's a great son and brother. Jung Hoseok is many things, the list goes on and on but im gonna stop myself...he's an incredible person. What we currently know about him is just the tip of the iceberg, he's not just a "SUNSHINE-happy-go-lucky-mood-maker-guy" in the group. He's super thoughtful and attentive to his surroundings and the people around him and he is also very professional. Jhope is truly amazing.

I don't see how anyone can call a man who bungee jumped at night in the dark when he is terrified of heights a coward. The pain he has been dealt during his career and coming out the other end of it as an incredible performer and person is amazing. We see you J-Hope. Stay strong. FIGHTING!!!

yes and also it's not like he started to write/compose for BTS on MOTS:Persona, being greatly involved in making Dionysus. (also he didn't produce "Dionysus", pdogg is the only producer.) He has 105 writing/composing credits and he had been involved since pre-debut. I wish it was said in this video clearly, because a lot of people in this fandom still don't know about it and think Dionysus is one of the few songs he was involved with.

True it actually bothered me. I knew he left on his own, was not fired. It should be corrected. Sometimes people give the wrong information on their videos. We appreciate it, but just do some more research and make sure of your facts before publishing, to not create the wrong impression.

I agree with you. But he is so good that he always get our attention irrespective of his position in the performance. I can say this because the first MV I watched is boy with luv and watched it multiple times to look at hobi dancing!! Damn adorable!! And then some time, I became an ARMY!

So he cant dance in centre like jimin or jk......where they can sing and dance in centre .......bh are always prefer maknae lines and so called armies prefer maknae lines.... If they did any difference it will cause their song popularity, if any new army watch their song they dont get that jhope is the main dancer in bts bcz he always on back

@@saalu9788 agree!! The popularity of Maknae line is too high and the hyung line is badly underrated in every sense. Hope all the ARMYs could see that all the members are equally capable of every aspect. And we know that they have a good sync and are fine with the lines distributions and positions but as an ARMY, it gets weird to see this.

You know we hear about Jimin, V and Jk pretty much all the time. Your bias is your bias but for me it's Jin and Jhope. They don't get the recognition they truly deserve. Neither do RM or Suga. They contribute as much as the first 3. BTS wouldn't be who they are if it weren't for ALL 7 of them. As ARMIES we need to give recognition to all 7. They have all contributed to their success. Each has their own qualities and uniqness. Their talents as a group is about perfection not who can out do who. Give respect to all. Like I said it's OK to have your bias, but remember they are a group of 7.

Ikr maknae line get more recognition compared to hyung line. No matter how hard they work, RM and J Hope are least favourite member and i have seen many so called *armies* who say they both are ugly, they should have not been in the group. Who the hell are they to judge people on the basis of looks rather then their talents. Tbh those people don't even deserve to call themselves Army. Everyone should be treated equally. And it breaks my heart because my bias does not get recognition as maknae line or other.💔

They should all be considered equals. Their talents are different but they all contribute to make them who they are today. They all should shine under the same light. People concentrate on looks too much. Looks are a bonus not the contributing factor. Their talents and different voices plus other things are what makes them BTS. The 7 of them not just 1 or 2. We need to give them all the same amount of love and yes it's ok to have a bias. I love them all for what they bring to their music my life.

My eyes always land on jhope wherever he is bc his dancing and facial expressions just stand out. He is getting more camera time now than when I first started watching BTS so that makes me happy!

He's a dancer. He's a rapper. He's a singer. He's a songwriter, producer, and composer. He's a choreographer. He's a natural leader. He's a beatboxer. He's a happy virus & mood maker. He's a fashion icon.

I dont believe Hobi was ever fired pre-debut. I'm pretty sure he had quit, and RM wanted him back, so they got him to come back. Also, it broke my heart when he spoke about loneliness. I hope for all their sakes that they find a way to overcome that. If they need a significant other in their lives I hope they will feel that their fans will support their life decisions, and remember that BTS are humans, and have the same needs and desires as everyone else. They shouldn't have to sacrifice any part of their lives to continue to be performers and music artists.

Hobi is an amazingly talented, gorgeous, harworking, and intelligent man. I applaud his bravery, his ability to show his vulnerable side and not buy into toxic masculinity and, of course, his amazing dancing! He is a beautiful soul. 💕💕💕

My Hobi is NOT a coward! A coward wouldn’t have gotten on the rollercoaster, or bungee jumped at night, or traveled to the US alone to make the MV of Chicken Noodle Soup and he isn’t fluent in English. The more I get to know Hobi the more I respect him. There are so many different sides of him. To think that fans didn’t acknowledge him as much at the beginning like the other members makes me want to go back in time and just let him know how awesome he is. I think he is very strong mentally. He is also so self aware. I will always love and respect him.

I love how Jhope is so grounded. He really is the backbone of BTS and he looks great without makeup IMO. 💜

Thank you so much for making this. I'm an OT7 The J-Hope I remember from 5 years ago when I first became a fan was someone who I saw as a fantastic dancer with really wonderful stage charisma and who quite often literally stunned me with his beauty. He was such an unusual person I hadn't ever come across anyone quite like him in his looks in his personality he was incredibly unique and as he shared more of himself and we've seen him through the years I've come to respect admire and adore him. I don't have any of the guys up on pedestals I'm an older army and I know people aren't perfect. But I appreciate so much the way JHope listens and sees people especially his members, he gives himself over to joy and he works incredibly hard. I find that his parts are almost always my favorites within each song he brings so much to BTS. I love and enjoy his fashion more than anyone else on the team seriously when he comes out in those colorful unique outfits that just he wears so attractively it really delights me. I always find it kind of terrible that people seem so unaware of how amazing he is but maybe it's not that people aren't aware maybe it's that those who really adore and appreciate J-Hope are a different fan. See I'm older I'm not really all that active on social media compared to some of the much younger fans and so my adoration for BTS is quieter and I think there are a significant percentage of fans who have a smaller social media impact. It's not that we don't have the same passion and love and put in work and money and hours to support and enjoy BTS but we don't give off the same stats that someone who has five Twitter accounts does and spends hours voting on all the different award given through SNS. I think many fans in their late 20s and above and many male fans probably are underrepresented in all the polls and data of brand recognition and names. So when j Hope goes to a concert and 50,000 people are chanting his name and going crazy during his solo, I hope he knows he is adored and loved by ARMY.

I'm 35 and while I love all seven of them, J-Hope has a very special place in my heart, especially since he's the reason why I took more than just a passing interest in BTS. I would never have become ARMY without this guy. And that part where fans started chanting his name? I almost cried. He's the most underrated among all seven, but you could see how much he appreciated that action by fans. I like him because he's modest, but it's not false modesty. Him telling the fans that he, '...wants more' just showed this aspect of him.

He is indeed the pillar and backbone of BTS. His mindset is very deep, creative and mature, also very talented, hardworking and very caring. The one who stabilized their emotions, their works, and their stages, the bridge between the maknaeline and hyungline, the co-leader of BTS !! this is really a deal in Kpop bands! I've never seen anyone as dedicated and responsible as him while is so selfless, considerate, and respectful at the same time !! He makes you eagerly passionate to learn from him ! He is musically very gifted, further, being the best dancer and performer I've ever seen in kpop ( imagine get only 5-10 second center per-once in ages and yet makes the world crazy with that) his quality is just something else. I don't think lots of people understand what he has done and is doing for BTS ! and I guarantee if he was in other groups, they would become just as successful. he was born with these auras and with all of that is Humble and genuine asf !! He is really my inspiration and role model. he made an emperor from zero ! in a kpop which showing abs and matching the visual beauty standard is like taking 90% of the way already (and it's always been like that), he has always got every single thing with effort and hard works and never gave up! he made with his 100% own self and isn't it just insane? I've learned and I'm learning a lot from him each day ! He has always been my most favorite Kpop idol from the moment I knew him and this never changed a bit even ! What hurts my feelings are that He never was given a proper chance to showcase himself as much as others ! all other BTS members are really showcased in the field they are best at I believed but not Jhope ! Jhope is amazing.

I wanted to cry along with him in that scene where he said he hadn't gotten any good wishes on his birthday. I wonder what he'd think if anyone had told him back then that one day he'd be such a superstar that an American radio station would celebrate his birthday by devoting an entire hour to his music. I wish I *could* go back in time and hug that tearful young man and tell him everything would all work out okay. I wish I could tell him what an amazing person he is.

JUNG HOSEOK is my one and only ultimate bias and bias wrecker since 2014. He was the one who pulled me to BTS and to think that I'm not even into Kpop. ❤

I am coming to respect Jhope even more coz sometimes he seems to be left out ie. when the others naturally pair into their ships, you see Jhope off to the side alone. the fact he hasn't become resentful and/or competitive over other members is so mature of him. He doesn't react badly/ with hostility or self pity when small jealousy/ drama occur between members/ships and himself.

Same. I’ve known BTS for 5yrs. I like them but wasn’t an army. I wasn’t into kpop too. I was so lazy to translate or take time to read subtitles before. I only watched some of their MVs ONCE in all those 5yrs just because my niece let me watch them. I didn’t notice j-hope in all those years (I regret that and I’m so sorry) and my biases were Jk and V because they had more screen times. Until I got curious why so many love them and decided to watch PTD LA online. The moment j-hope went on screen during ON, I was whipped and when he did his verse, I decided to become an army and be a j-hope stan. I love all of them in different ways but j-hope is my bias. I still regret that I didn’t try to learn about them in all those years

I like J-hope’s personality, neat, disciplined, organized, responsible, energetic, and cheerful. I love the way he expresses in large physical moves and always laughing. I like his powerful unique voice!

He is so cool!!!! Handsome, smart, caring, a genuine person, his skin is beautiful. And he's so, so talented. Dancing, singing rapping, writing songs. I could watch him dance all day. I could go on and on. But you all know already how great he is. As Hoseok or as J-Hope.

my sister showed me bts around 2016 and i immediately loved jhope so much. his personality, the way he sung, danced, and rapped was so eye catching. i was never fully into bts until early this year because i never listened to any music and i was into other things but i always respected bangtan and their music. jhope to me is the most underrated he does so much good but still gets treated bad and gets forgotten and made fun of it’s very heartbreaking to see ppl hating on someone that doesn’t deserve it and has made you feel loved everyday and helped you be able to continue your life. i love all the tannies more than anything but jhope will always have a special place in my heart.

I just love Jhope. Always have and always will. Since the first time I ever came to know BTS, I was always drawn to him. And that laugh of his - omg, I wish I had someone in my life who can laugh the way he does. It literally lights up my world. 2020 was one of my worst years thus far and just watching and listening to J-Hope laugh cured man of my darkest moments. Good bless him and I just want to thank him for all that he has done for us Armies :)

Hobi will always be my ultimate bias, the golden hyung of BTS! he is very humble, at the same time very fashionable and stylish. he is also very organized and caring. BTS is so lucky to have this angel.
