@@MdoubleHBxxx Through cooking plant matter the chemical composition changes and you lose most vitamin content. Luckily plant matter is the least calorically dense food source. Animal products, meat specifically don't lose much if any vitamin content from cooking and happen to be the most calorically dense food sources. Plants have biological mechanism built into themselves to prevent thier seeds from being destroyed including poisons and toxins. Most animals specifically mammals use thier environment to reproduce and thier physical attributes do defend themselves, they don't have mesurable amounts of toxic chemicals biologically built into their flesh while all plants do. Higher caloric density is the power source for our big energy consuming brain, cultures with higher meat consumption having a proportionate increase in brain size specifically frontal lobe growth. Gorillas are an example of an ape that are biologically adapted to a high plant based diet. Our gut is shorter, our appendix shorter, and overall less effective at digesting fibrous plant matter. When our ancestors started eating more animal protein our guts shrank (one of the most energy consuming organs) and simeoultaneously our brains grew. Plant food is objectively worse calorically, in digestibility, and in safety in quantity. That said fruits and vegetables although containing a small quantity of toxic chemicals per unit, they are safe to eat in supplementary quantities and they provide great ease of access to some harder to get vitamins and minerals vs animal products. I don't know why I typed all this out to you, you're probably too far gone into pseudoscience health scams or a who drone.

Crocs are much older then us cavemen ...I feel this Croc should not have been humiliated this way ..His mouth was taped shut while people was pulling his tail and making a mockery of this beautiful animal . Take the duck tape off his mouth and then try playing with it ....come on guys Don'[t do this to animals . These animals are NOT to be played with ..I just find it disrespectful to these wonderful animals .
