Reminds me of the Viking Challenge at a restaurant called Spanky's in Kitty Hawk, NC. Normally it's four patties plus fixings and bun, but the day I was there, someone did a DOUBLE Viking, which was similar to the burgers in this video. Eight patties plus fixings plus bun.

I did this in 2017 as part of a cross-country food challenge road trip & completed it. It was so delicious! 😋
