Their everyday eating diet wasn't all healthy food either , I remember Eddie eating cakes when he was at 10000 calories daily ,, this unhealthy food also fill the stomach so fast ,,, but I know Eddie and brian never that good in food challenging ; much smaller people's can beat them easily .

Almost every strongman eats more than this daily and they do a crazy amount/kind of training. I think only Mitch Hooper eats less. You're correct in where it definitely does take a toll on the body and they are aware of that. But, it's for a sport that they love. They do try to make as wise of decisions as they can with the intensity of the sport. Granted, these two are retired (Brian just recently) so I'm assuming there has been/will be a change in food consumption in training. 😊

Eddie making Brian puke from his farts has to be one of the proudest moments in his life. I don't think anything he's accomplished can compare

I'm literally crying with the laughter, Brian's face when he does thag big sniff at the end was gold. Nothing will ever beat Brian and Eddie together

i love how good of friend you all are. (the strongman community is so wholesome from the looks of it always pushing each other to their best plus gettin to kick it w some of your best buds just having a good time enjoying life. even in competition they still try and push each other to their limit so they're always striving to be better.) gives me such a happy feeling seeing that these monstrous beings can have such a gentle kind side to em. the past few years watchin the two of these guys has taught me alot about others and just why exactly that its important we dont judge each other off appearance or anything else for that matter ive always been told not to judge others but lets be honest everyones had a moment where they looked at someone and thought something intentional or not. so its been extremely clarifying for me on that front. all i can say is thank you both for being you all the time much love and respect to both of you.!

clicked so fast to watch and then read the title…one of those videos you know will be great. Used to watch Brian on ESPN back in the 2000s compete on WSM with some legends! One of the best things he’s done to promote the sport was make this youtube channel. @@ozonedepleter1672 Nah Brians hamstring is fixed, Jerry Pritchet advised him to get stemcells to repair the muscle fibres years ago, Brian just hasn't been ripping the bar off the floor since then just in case :) Whether he chases a record deadlift or not, he should continue lifting heavy anyways, I believe he could break the bench record if he wanted to
