I've watched quite a few of your videos now. This one was by far my favourite. Harder than it's looks challenge for both of you and the family moments were wholesome. Great video.

Brian struggled harder to eat that last brussel sprout than he did on the 1 ton barrel lift. I feel ya.

Gee Santini mathematically it would make sense, but biologically it wouldn’t to me. He’s not “fat” but has fat, and more of it than most people alive, if he doesn’t eat those 10k calories, he’ll start losing weight slowly then more rapidly as the body uses his fat storages for energy. I wish I knew the exact number he would lose over a period of a month but it’s hard to say
