Strong to the Core - Resistance Band Workout (September 2023)

Basic runner strength is SO important. But sometimes the basics get boring so let's spice them up a little by adding a resistance band!
You will probably be familiar with the exercises...but grab your resistance band and follow along with me! 3 sets of 12 reps for each exercise! 💪
