Finally getting a chance to finish watching your Live ❤ We mostly use our zuchinni in zuchinni bread, fried zuchinni slices and we slice it up as treats for the goats, because zuchinni is the gift that keeps on giving, lol, but my favorite is cutting it up into pineapple shaped chunks and canning it in pineapple and lemon juice it's called mock pineapple and we use it during the winter on pizzas and other things.

@stringsandthreads It is pretty good, I also did mock apple pie filling with zuchinni, too. It tasted exactly like apple pie filling, cut the slices to look like apples, but I couldn't get past the texture in my brain, lol. My brain kept saying not apples, lol, even though it tasted really good. So, I didn't make it again. The mock pineapple is way better 💖
