STRETCHING EXERCISES for INTERMEDIATE (2nd video from 3)
So I decided to share my favorite stretching exercises with you but make it 3 separate videos - Stretching for Beginners, Stretching for Intermediate level and Stretching for Advanced level. That way you can choose what level of exercises suits you the best or you can mix them and make your own stretching routine out of different exercises!

I was pleased to see I am at least intermediate! I'll do this a few times before trying advanced, but I may have to sneak a peek.
I did this stretching routine like 3 times already and I just realized you're supposed to hold your turn out with the opposite hand. I'm dumb

The first pose is called The Cow's Head in yoga. Very good for improving the strenght of your hip flexors.

This video is amazing, thank you❤ All the stretches are so good for me but i can not even sit in the first position. I was always annoyed when my friends did it without any problems. I tried to start stretching it every day but i got too annoyed that i was so bad. I am going to try again and hopefully i will see progress soon.❤❤

me as well :D i can do over split in side and middle split but I´m not able to sit in that first fucking position

An alternative is to do the position lying on your back. Cross one leg over the other and wrap both arms around both legs. See if you can interlace the fingers in this position. If not, just let your hands rest on your knees and breathe deeply. 🤍

the 3rd stretch stresses me out! i don't know if my heels should be touching or not, i struggle to keep my legs straight, and my heels come off the ground too

Dear Maria , at 11: 39 if my legs are not able to hold by straight, would u recommend me to still do the same or u would recommend me to use both hand in that way my legs would b straight? Or any alternative? Many thanks , love u both beauties, tiff,❤️

why does one side get more stretching than the other if you don’t mind me asking
Tip: if you can't sit in the first position, sit on a yoga block. It takes some pressure off and you usually advance super quickly with this stretch. Try it again at the end of the session and you might already be able to do it without the block!
