I can't do lateral splits like you do, and neither put my torso forwards in front split but I can do 8:38 stretch perfectly without pain and without pushing my knees w/ my elbows, bodys are strange
I can't do that I'm new to this my body shakes a lot when it comes to ice skating and existing also when i ice skate my body goes into a spams its part of my learning needs. X
is this the same as "the Y-frame"?
Any tips for tearing a ligament while doing this 😫 I pulled my leg to my body and heard a crunch lol

OMG! See a doctor!! And please listen to your body and don't push yourself passed your limits, stretching is a serious thing and you can injure yourself when not paying close attention! I hope you are feeling better!! Sending you healing vibes 🥰🥰🥰
