This great video arrived at a good time. Here in UK it seems rinks may not re-open until August and I've been getting lazier and lazier! But looking at your stretches has motivated me to get off my butt!

I watched this video and I am really happy That i found you in youtube💗 I really have a very important question and and I need help ----------------------------- I am an 18 year old girl, I really love figure skating and I really want to start practicing and playing the game but I was wandering if it's late for my age to start? Or it's possible? If so how about the competitions however it's national, worldly or olimpic can I in the future pasticipate in the competitions? Or for my age it's difficult? Please I need to learn about the age rules so I can achieve my dream

Never too late. Just be realistic about your goals, so maybe the Olympics are a bit unrealistic:) I started about 5 years ago at age 67 and am doing single jumps. If I can do that from NEVER having skated before you will be awesome! Work hard; go for it!

You can start at any age! :) You can also compete at any age - there are national and world championships for adult skaters of any age.

My back flexiblity is awful I’m trying to improve on it since I’m starting Iceskating in a weeks time, I almost have my splits but I’m the most stiff person so stretching my back will take a while

being close to splits is a great start! everyone has flexibility, it's all about practice and training the brain how to move your body :)
