In highschool, i did crew for 2 years! Best years of my life! I feel like it's a lesser known sport, but seeing that you made a video on it for training really just made my day ( ´ ▽ ` )✨ love you videos by the way💪🏼✨
Outrigger canoe rowing here. We have 2 seasons. Marathon (10 to 20km) and sprints (500m to 1500m). How do we prescribe weight training? Muscular endurance and max strength/power?
