Strength and speed exercises for volleyball (1/3)
volleyball physical training is completely different from bodybuilding training and it’s for more power.
you should do strength training 3 times a week,one of the days is these training that you will watch.
To choose the right weight,you must do 8 correct repetitions until you’re unable to do more and rest for 2 minutes between each set.
When these training are combined with speed training it will have the best result.
