it would be really great if there was some insightful commentary about what makes some characters slower and what make some characters faster... like why the D and F tiers are so slow and lacking in speed compared to the S, A and Bs... that would be really good for people like me who don't play streets of rage very much but like watching people play it.

if you dont have a fast movement option (dashing, floyd jetpack, running) that's one factor , the other is lack of damage or fast kill options, and the third factor probably not having a fast boss kill or even a reliable one

DSFM has sor4 Axel at 48 min 24 sec

Shiva just broken lets be fr. Im sad to see axel so low. My man rlly needed an alt move that allows him to travel faster. Even floyd is faster than him with his alt air special. Brings a tear to my eye
