Yea overall they aren't worth taking seriously, but it's a fun basis to use when talking about character strength overall, but yeah just seeing the list with no context doesn't tell us much.

As a leader of the Ken propagators, FINALLY people have seen the light!

Most of the Jamie's I've observed since the patch play him like they are on Demon Time. I see players play him like they're playing Ken & they win. I see players drinking all the time & they win. I see players playing Jamie in a cool, calm, and calculated way & yep, they win. All I see is winning--or--the Jamie player loses, but the rounds & games between players were very close... that's all I can tell you right now.

But yeah will be watching your new content and past content for tips, really don't understand how DI works and can't hit it back ever but we will get there playing about 8k silver ATM

It's from Street Fighter Duel. Although I can't say I recommend the game, it's definitely worth checking out the art of each character haha, some really dope alternate costume art too

This is a wishful tier list for characters they like but not try to be bias so they move around to catch people of guard. However that being said of course Luke & Dee Jay in bottom is crazy & wrong. Personally the top 5 for me at least would be: Akuma, Rashid, Luke, Guile & Ken in that order.

The fgc has a problem with liars and I actually know why but it’s sad they think like that .the fact that mago,kuwano got guile up there means they’re honest

Some tier lists are for relative balance buffs/nerfs, not absolute character strength.

I think they reworked Cammy's divekick. It's inital hurtbox before startup bigger but the divekick's hurtbox is smaller. So overall it's a better divekick

@@laffy7204 After looking at it, I think this is both a buff and a nerf. This actually makes dive kick worse at going over fireballs, as the startup of the divekick is pretty much guaranteed to get hit by a fireball now unless you are super high up or have already passed by the fireball, and in both of those cases you may as well just do a raw jump in because you'll need to read the fireball early. Getting that change at the same time as the spin knuckle nerf makes her quite a bit weaker vs fireballs. But yeah the change at the end is really nice, won't lose to the most random normal now hopefully.

It just doesn't make a fighting game very REAL in the long run at all. One moment, people cry for a powerful character to get nerfed. Developers listen. Then suddenly, the characters who were once weak are all powerful. Then people complain that the weak characters, who are now S Tier, needs to get nerfed and the cycle repeats itself. Its f'n dum. Real talk. They need to go back to the good ol' days where they try to make every character as powerful as they can, and who ever ended up strong just ended up being strong because that's simply the nature of the character -- the essence of who they are -- and there was nothing no one could do about it because everything was set in stone, just like real life. In real life, some people will always be stronger and faster than others. That's just how it is. It's what makes things interesting because it forces others to get creative. Fighting games need to be the same way. Let the characters final design be gospel and leave it as is forever. The stakes are more real that way.

With the changes to spin knuckle, I swear your gunna see alot more modern cammy's. Still perfectly easy on modern to react to fireballs with spin knuckle

Haha honestly I can see it. I've still been trying to play Cammy and overall I still think she's great but the spin knuckle change is the one that that's really standing out to me. It feels like I'm just barely to late and get hit by the fireball on startup now. Modern probably fixes that.

They turned Gief from poker to roulette in one patch.

Wild to see luke and deejay is worse than the older low tiers

i feel like gief is solid now still needs a thing or 2 here but no where near as miserable as pre e patch season 1, ironically i think gief has the best match up against akuma full stop. if i rated every character in the game on a scale of 1 to 100 the best being about 95 and the worst being no less than 80 i think gief sits about 87-90 range just above middle of the pack, unlike in sf5 where the best character was 100 and the worst looked like 15-27

Yea definitely agree overall with the game balance. Being the worst character in SF6 doesn't actually feel like a bad character in terms of what their options are.

Akuma is good but has a lot of problems currently, there's plenty matchups to easily go Luke or Ryu rather than him

Zangief is fun to play, when ppl see him they are afraid.

@@ReezyDoesIt Lol, its definitely going to work this season. You right. But to be honest, Akuma is not even all that great. More like a B tier character. His teleport doesn't phase through anything anymore, making it easily punihable and his command grab a useless gimmick. His double roundhouse kick is easy to see, therefore making it easy to punish, and his moves all come at a high cost. An EX demon just to do an air EX fireball? That makes no sense and is complete nonsense. And his low health is ridiculous. That does not help at all. He's not even all that OP. A lot of folks are over hyping him.

Cammy and zangeif are the best because you can parry all fireballs.

I really don't think the walkspeed nerf to Chun was that drastic she still has the best combinations of walkspeed and normals in the game and the issue with Chun's jab was never not being able to whiff punish it you never whiff punish jabs in the first place she's still going to be able to easily walk in your face and stuff people with the best 4F normal in the game not to mention it gives her good 4F punishes.

Yeah I don't think they are massive nerfs but I do think they are things that can matter. Of course people aren't trying to whiff punish jabs on reaction but I do think they will get stuffed out more. She will still play the exact same game but I think it will be slightly less impressive. She also got some other nerfs like the meter build post level 2. A bunch of small changes that don't change her overall but tone her down. Maybe they won't matter at all though , we'll see
