The 7/8 time signature, the wacky syncopated beats, the groovy sax and jazzy vibes~. It's a shame the song's probably not gonna get the recognition it deserves due to people being so attatched to the old theme, but I myself can't stop watching the trailer specifically because this song is so wonderful. The spirit of the wind meets the turbulent wind.

Everyone else already sang the praises to high heaven abt the animations the redesign and the personality positively dripping from every move this man makes, and while those are absolutely excellent remarks that I agree with wholeheartedly. The graphic designer in me needs y’all to take a second to appreciate the typeface they used for displaying Rashid’s name, it’s perhaps not much to some of y’all but lemme tell ya it is damn freaking difficult to make a typeface emit a style of writing a western audience is only vaguely familiar with, but in spite of that make it still legible. It is nicely stylized giving a modern feel fitting of the character it is used for and a just a tiny bit odd to the eye when you first see it making you look at it for just a millisecond more and then you have an aha moment realizing you can still actually read it but it just looks far cooler than it has any reason looking. Brilliant typeface design whoever designed it I applaud you.😊

Holy shit, Rashid’s moves look waaaaaaay better than in SFV. I love that they have given more parkour/tricking moves including flow combos, and updated his old moves like the Whirlwind Shot with cooler looking moves like the tornado kick and sideswipe. Most of all I’m glad that they updated his critical art with a Maximum Spider like move. I’ve always thought his Genie looking critical art looked stupid. And I love that his intro and win animation involves a camera as trickers and parkour experts record for their social media.

The lack of SF3 characters representation in SF6 is unreal... not even one SF3 character in base roster! What makes this even worse is that SF6 is after the events of SF3 and there are no SF3 characters representation here. This is the only negative point of SF6 for me, the rest is Perfect. Capcom better Season 2 and Season 3 be all SF3 characters, also Alex story with Gill and Urien is not over yet and the Illuminaty story is still going, better surprise us next Seasons cause I want Gill back my favorite Final Boss ever of SF franchise

He was actually confirm to be the main character in SF5. Regardless of how people think about SF5 story is, they still manage to make people like Rashid. Pretty cool that they are making Rashid do parkour and incorporating it into his fighting style like they did with Jamie and his breakdancing. Rashid was always a flighty dude but the amount of air time he has is insane.

​@@gglikiIn the video it looks like he can cancel his non-OD wind projectiles into run / jump / eagle tatsu for extra carry / combo potential. This was not possible without VS2 in SFV. So maybe its there or maybe they just decided to keep that part of its utility

the art is good .... but these animations are insane!!! so fluid, heavy and show the character style all by itself!!! sf6 has the best animations of any game, ever! rashid, cammy, chunli, juri and jamie are 10/10

I'm a mk fan, and don't really like sf as a game per si, but, in what matter here, i.e., ANIMATIONS, mk is waaaay far from this. I being a fan don't need to be a blind.

I never knew I wanted a flying Arabian streamer in Street Fighter, but here we are

animations are so clean, smooth, and fluid. hate fighting him, but props to capcom for doing an amazing job with sf6 so far

i didnt think they could make Rashid more sick than he already was. i love Ian Sinclair's performance for this character he really does so well.

I wish they'd get somebody to give them some tips on fixing some of the lingering jank. Like the way Guile's ground shockwave freezes along with him during his flash kick hitstop (it properly does not do this in SFV). Or the way Manon's blur streamer during her overhead trails behind her foot like it's one of Spider-Man's webs. Or the way Blanka's arm has a bad frame of backwards animation when his low fierce gets blocked. Or how, more generally, too many of the game's moves have absolutely zero character shake to provide a sense of impact, including Guile's aforementioned flash kick-something SFV got very right.

Yeah, there's something about how it reflects the attitude of the player. Jamie and Dee Jay come off very similar in the base game. Like, if you're having a blast fighting, playing, showing off, it puts you in the right mindset if your character is doing the same.

Unpredictable character this is. Styles and flow just on top.❤

Legacy characters are looking great in this game, new characters are great, and Rashid looks good too But Capcom..... where the hell are the SF3 characters in SF6? Isn't SF6 after the events of SF3 or suppose to be? Where are my beloved SF3 characters in here also my Ibuki? Okay Kimberly is fun and such but she's not my Ninja character, i want my Ibuki back 😭.... talking better.... i want all SF3 characters back except Twelve.

Only T. Hawk, Fei-Long and Akuma are missing here to complete the entire Street Fighter 2 roster! Man, SF6 is such a good fighting game and deserves a big roster more than SF4 and SF5 ones 🔥

In V he had so much personality in his movement, skill and expressions and Capcom double down on it and he's SO ALIVE. He looks amazing. Gonna hate dealing with his several neutral skips tho.

@@thunderbolt7885 because of the Bison, Vega, Balrog situation, I'd say Gouki and Akuma are both "real names" for him. Gouki being his original name in Japanese and Akuma being much more popular oversee. That and if I remember correctly, both Gouki and Akuma can be translated into some sorts of demon.
