You make some pretty awesome videos. Super clear and straightforward. I came across your channel after building a small TV studio for a mock trial courtroom at a law firm in Seattle. We're going to do some podcasts in my control room using all my equipment as the background. I'm going to be using the BM S Cam 4k Pro G2. My plan was to run SDI straight to the HD8 ISO and stream from the switcher itself. I plan on using OBS and sending the signal to KZread. I'm a cinematographer completely new to streaming. Anything to look out for? Tips to make things simpler?

Great video. Have you explicitly tried using an ATEM Mini/SDI/Web Presenter as the streaming source?

I have indeed used both a Web Presenter and an ATEM SDI Pro ISO and both popped up as expected. I explicitly tried them because I really wasn’t 100% sure it would work!

can we does same for laptop with using a converter or directly connected to the blackmagic hd8 iso

The remote source setup button isnt showing up, I have the newest software installed.

Is there a way to use streaming for the camera control, but use a Teradek to get the video to be just about 0 latency? Trying to figure out a solution for wireless video at close to 0 latency but still have camera control and tally.

The ATEM will not accept the incoming signal from the Teradek, so you’ll have to get fancy and stream from and also stream to the ATEM on an extra input - more gear and more ways of things going wrong, sadly.

I think he mean as latency with a camera streaming from another tower of the world. I’d also like to see this. Maybe you can with someone in America and do a test. That would be awesome!

Intrestring gimmick, but with that type of latency, not very usable
