Does fruit @ cold crash ferment still? Or do you commit to keeping the beer cold from that point forward?

I think it depends on the yeast and maybe to a lesser extent the fruit. I’ve had good luck with Chico yeast doing this method. But I think another fermentation is always a possibility unless you take measures to kill off any remaining yeast. Also yes, I’ll be keeping it cold!… 🍻
