Seven years after the release of their last album “Eternal”, Stratovarius once more prove their status as Power Metal kings and come back with a big bang.
A blistering comeback from one of heavy metal’s most seminal bands, Survive is full of dynamics and drama, feeding on a wide range of emotions along the way. But the core message that this triumphant endeavour conveys is one of struggle, defiance, hope and victory.
Best exemplified by its profoundly rousing title track, Survive is the Stratovarius spirit in exquisite musical form, with all the darkness and light that goes with it.

This song definitely deserved a music video. I've already heard this song so many times and I've cried too it as well, but with this music video it really makes this song feel so special. Stratovarius sure does know how to make great music that can be so awesome and emotional at the same time. I can't to see them play this song live along with Glory Days, Demand, Frozen in Time really all the songs from this album actually! Thank you earMUSIC and thank you so much as well Stratovarius!
When they released this album a year ago I didn't like this song. Ironically it's now my favorite song from this album.
I do remember Timo asking to the mexican fans if we liked the album so we said "yeah!!!!" AND His words were "really?, is not that god at all" , it was such weird moment 😅

I am so happy to hear from you in 2022. Used to listen to this band a lot in 2000 and before. I was always a big fan of the synthesizer and guitars, one band that in this genre does it very masterful. Black Diamond!
