Jojo and his 4 siblings including his 11 yo sister are all rising muay fighters. When I was his age, I would only run 9-10km in the morning around 0430hrs, sit ups, push ups, stretching and lots of kicks and punches. For hours before and after the work day. The only time this would all be missing was when I was working 24hrs at day for several days. Then back to the routine again. Loved it. No one around, silent streets, just me and the early sunrise. Could run for miles and miles no sweat. Loved it.

If it wasn't for ONE then I wouldn't be in love with Muay Thai. Some of the best at the UFC has to offer has came over and been demolished. I love mighty mouse but some unknown fighter knocked him out when no one else could in the UFC.
