Straightening, Reaming, and Polishing Hand Forged Barrel

This went...slower than expected. It sits at 40cal right now, and I think I’m going to leave it there instead of continuing on to 45 cal.

Good deal. Glad you were able to salvage enough of the barrel to make a pistol or two. Keep up the good work

The use of a flap hone ( a slit rod with abrasive cloth wrapped around it) would have been a lot less expensive but would have likely taken more time. By wrapping a long piece of abrasive it can apply pressure to make it cut faster. spray lube works to help clear the material as it is removed. Very respectable quality of workmanship. Keep up the great videos.
