Heyy guuys FjCuts heree and we are back with another videooooo! Guys this is a transformation videooo with a perm tutorial with it! I hope you all like it so give it a thumbs up and if you are new make sure you subscribe!

INSTRUCTIONS:
Step 1: Make sure hair on top is even if possible.
Step 2: Spray the hair with water and comb through.
Step 3: Section the hair and section again. (7.5cm x 0.5cm)
Step 4: Wrap the end paper to a section of the hair and pull towards the end.
Step 5: Clip the ends while rolling it around the rod.
Step 6: Roll towards the roots.
Step 7: Apply vaseline around the hairline.
Step 8: Use a cotton strip of fold some kitchen roll to make a bandanna to stop the solution from dripping.
Step 9: Apply the perm solution to the hair and make sure its all saturated.
Step 10: Wrap the head with the hair cover then Leave for 1 hour.
Step 11: Wash the hair with water.
Step 12: Repeat steps 7, 8 & 9.
Step 13: Apply the perm neutraliser and leave for 1 hour.
Step 14: Wash out and take out the rods.
Step 15: Do not wash the hair or allow contact with water for at least 2 days for the best results.
Step 16: After 2 days wash out and style as normal.

Not supposed to. The heat releases the curls. NO other treatments or products should be used, no water or shampoo for 48 hours. Towel dry with cotton t shirt. Microfibre adds friz and static ruins the curls.

yoooo fj help me out real quick my man, so you did a video a while back with an Asian that got a perm, when you took the rods out the curls looked really good and they kinda hung down which I want, how do you get them to hang down like that and not how it’s bunched in this video

You left the perming oil in for an hour??? My guy left it in for 20 minutes and my perm failed. What is he doing wrong?

20 minutes not enough time to oxidise. Atleast atleeeeeeast the very least 45mins if your hair is straight
how thin must ones hair be until perms dont work well for a person? Can a person with thin hair have perms?

i've talked to a hairdresser and 2.5 inches minimum. Doesn't need to be that long at all. some places can even try for 2 inches but ask them.

You can perm hair at 2 inches long or 2 1/2 inches long with these types of perm rods

Ugly perm.... don’t blow dry it, it ruins the curls. Leave it in for 20 minutes but use stronger solution.
