The old man telling the story of his life, and how so much of it revolved around the memories made underneath that willow tree is beautiful. It’s like they took the classic book The Giving Tree, and turned it into a musical masterpiece.

It was such a special experience taking part in this video. It’s so fun looking back on our little family. No life is without adversity. Sometimes lighting strikes, but if we trust in our Father in Heaven, he will carry us through our trials and fill our lives with peace and happiness.

@Jonah Pentecost when a women has 5 babies at once, they were called a quintuplet. Twins are 2 babies, triplets are 3, quadruplets are 4, quints are 5. It gots further (like up to 9) but these multiples are the most common.

Ngl, I already starting tearing up whenever it gets to the wedding. This is filled with so many emotions, I honestly cannot fathom how many times these guys have surprised me with their music and the amount of cinematography that goes into all of their music videos which really does capture the essence of the story

Gotta say, ThePianoGuys definately make my everyday life a LOT enjoyable, especially to have the honor to play one of their songs by my own hands... It just feels wonderful...

WOW! I have watched this video so many times and as a grown man cried every time. Awesome doesn't describe how y'all actually told the story of a life and also made me remember it is the moments; however short, that matter and those are the one that make "LIFE." We to often focus on the now forgetting the past and forgetting to what will come.

This was an amazing story in colorful vibrant sounds of music.... I honestly cried. This has made my day and now will forever be my favorite song.

This is a perfect example of how to play music. You can hear the passion and the tone and the love. This is not a song. This is a story composed of notes sung by these instruments and their players. You can imagine what the song is telling you without the video.

I write this comment for the most amazing person in my life who I know I can't live without. She is my everything and when I listen to this video I close my eyes and I swear that I can see her dancing in my arms as our friends and family watch the greatest love story the world has ever seen. Its amazing 9 years later and this can still hit me this hard emotionally! As a person who grew up in the country on a small family farm, there is just something here that resonates so much with me.

This I could listen to and watch over and over. This song has so much meaning to it the way you guys play it, and with this beautiful video to support it just makes it that much more powerful. Never stop doing the things you're doing.

I don't think I have ever seen a better expression of life and love without the use of words in my entire life. Raw, complete, and amazing.

I love the message you put with this song, makes me look at it in a different way.

Me too! This is so beautiful! The video, the performance, everything.

I remember giving a simple little kid's gift to a girl. She threw it on the ground and ran away. My heart died...that was 60 years ago. I have never forgotten that awful feeling. I haven't done much better since then.

Little girls can be horribly heartless. Especially to sweet little boys who think only with their hearts filled with love. I wish I could make that pain better for you :( It makes me sad to think that this beautiful song and video brought you pain instead of pleasure in listening.

You never know when or where the love of your life might make a grand entrance. Never lose hope--or let one person's immaturity eclipse the love that is already with you.

This is so touching. Thanks for creating this video. I hope people will pause and reflect on how short life really is.

I listened and watched this since 1st year it came out. I remember I was so emotional and couldn't hold back my tear. today I watched it again and even cry more than before. send lots of love for you guys. thank you for creating such a beautiful thing like this

i think i cried that was so beautiful these two really have a way of touching hearts the power of music

This is so emotional and beautiful! A young boy plants a tree, and cares for it when he is growing up. When he was older, he met a girl next to the tree. They fell in love. They played on it and grew up with it. He gave here a bracelet on the tree from the tree. Later in life, they got married in front of the tree! Finally, when they were dancing in the rain in front of the tree, lightning hit it and knocked it down. It was ruined. So, he set to work and made a cradle for his new born child out of the bark. Now, as an old man, he is drawing amazing pictures of his past. I love this, and piano guys, keep up the great work! You're amazing and don't let anyone stop you! I'm surprised with the dislikes. Who doesn't like this?! It's amazing! Anyway, have a bright future, and your already on the sun!
