So the Celestial is a faction that have similar to Protoss units but with Red Alert building mechanic. Sick 😁

These Celestials play like a combination of the human and goo races in the GreyGoo RTS Game.

Gameplay is king but out of all possible races and themes for this game they picked blizzard known properties races. Kinda tired of the aesthetic of humans, shiny aliens/elves and demons/bugs.

In rts games the environment doesn’t need high fidelity looking environments. The units are the focus.

@@XSquidbeatsX The trees and soil are even more or less normal. But deer and beetles in hats are killing me. If there are mechanics with neutral units, then these units should look adequate.

Stormgate is starting to feel like a it is a futuristic Diablo RTS with WarCraft 3's art style. However the team really needs to work on the unit and building designs for Celestials. It is quite uninspired and boring. The Celestials feel like they are the Purifiers Protoss Faction from StarCraft 2

why does warcraft 3 rts still look better and was made 20 years ago :O

@@johnsnake3467 They said they're only funded to early access this summer. If those are placeholders they're going to need to sell a LOT of microtransactions to replace them with decent looking graphics.

Needs improve the texture in general

No joke, Starcraft 2, which is over 14 years old, still looks better than this, not just graphically but also in terms of gameplay...Starcraft 2 is still unique and remains one of the best RTS games ever, with only AoE 4 coming close.

If youre listening devs, please make a mechanism for players to control the creeps in creep camps. Nobody wants to watch AI units in a competitive 1v1 game. Its outdated and spectator unfriendly.

It's really not too unique. It's a modified Command and Conquer faction mechanic.

​@@snowdrop9810A lot of people said the same thing when they showed gameplay the first time a year ago or was it 2 i don't remember anymore times flies 😐 The demons look like generic demons nothing cool or our of this world alien like and the humans look to much like StarCraft Terrans. Everyone said that as soon as they saw it the art direction is definitely not liked by a lot of people.
