As britain got battered by Storm Ciara and several G0-arounds at BHX this A-380 showed how its done!!! good practice as Storm Dennis will be next!!!

Грандиозные машины, очень удачная съёмка. Не могу перестать это смотреть. Спасибо ещё раз.
A380 IS a marvelous machine.....
Soon a sight for the history books! A perfectly good airplane, retired and scrapped!
My favourite plane ever. Last time had severe turbulence but felt so safe in it

Scary for passengers when they can see down the length of the runway while taking off.
how that albatross ever gets off the ground is a real miracle!!
Gone back to the birth of aviation when they thought that flapping wings was the way to go!!!!!! That's enough to put a few people of flying. Well captured sir.
Awesome skills right there!
Watching planes........ it just never gets old.
Brutalll, amazing sound,amazing take off
Самый эпичный взлёт, который я видел. Дух захватывает)

Great footage!!
Wow! ...and I don't say that lighty. That was a terrific overhead pan after take-off. It's a difficult shot to get (I've tried), but you nailed it. I'm sure this'd look good even on a phone but I'm watching through a projector, with headphones, and I feel like I'm standing under that thing! Thanks for the experience. (also, I'm a little stoned so, y'know, take that into account.)
Que capos esos comandantes, aplausos, my también para ti Elwyn!👏🏻👏🏻
Fabulous pilots an fabulous filming ..thanku love an god bless x
Awesome video man! I really enjoyed it! Subbed!! I love Aviation too!
Мастер, герой, спас людей !
Awesome!
Very professional pilots. I think heavy planes are more stable in bad weather conditions than the smaller ones. Just a point of view.

It's true. Very small aircraft can't fly in that. It's a momentum versus surface area thing. A nice heavy 380 takes a lot more to push it around, however the swinging movement of the tail or nose has a larger rotational effect around the central axis because of the length. That big tail fin side on to a 40 mph gust of wind.
great vid work xx

Had quite a few aircraft divert to Stansted from my local (Luton) fair number of cancellations as well.
That's runway is a little hilly. Nice zoom. Good stuff.
That is some good aviating
Nice one. Always come to your channel to see BHX storms. Yesterday I and my fiancé went to the multi-storey car park spot to watch for a couple of hours. Got there with 10 mins to spare before the A380 landed. Went not long after the Qatar 787 came in. We did wonder what happened to EnterAir ENT61UN after it’s go-around. Maybe went to Stanstead?
Those pilots are amazing
Looked like it was floating on that takeoff!
Incredible how this aircraft effortlessly leaves the ground
nice video, I also have some crosswind posts
That's great piloting and a great aircraft. I wonder how that takeoff would have felt in a CRJ?
Some skill
I've seen a crabwise landing, but I've not seen a crabwise take off before.

That is 2-3 meter high humps on 3000m long runway. Just looks odd because the perspective but is makes no difference when landing or taking off.
I'm suddenly hungry for seafood. Crab, anyone?
WTF, you rotated the plane in the thumbnail on this too, same as the Beluga! Come on man, stop the clickbait and just take an unedited picture.

@@andrewsmith951 Ha Ha----in my humble general aviation opinion. I saw where several other aircraft decided to land somewhere else that day. Wise choice.
@andrewsmith951
4 жыл бұрын
@@marknovak9310 Aircraft have specified crosswind limits that pilots will adhere to, but similarly, are expected to attempt to make an approach and landing (and take-off) if the reported wind at the airport isn't exceeding that limit, and there are no recent reports of windshear. Potentially, there would have been 450+ passengers that would need to be transported to the original destination if the aircraft diverted - an inconvenience to the airline and passengers and a great cost. Imagine if you were one of those passengers?

Andrew Smith agreed and bear in mind that day 2 EK were diverted from MAN and LGW to FRA which left circa 1,000 people to get back not an easy task after plus as Andrew said significant cost and reputation!
