Stories of Transformation - Janine

Janine survived a trauma when she was 15 years old, but it led to a young adulthood of alcohol and drug abuse, anxiety and panic attacks. In 2017 she got a cancer diagnosis. Janine had surgery -- a double mastectomy -- but she declined chemotherapy and radiation. She changed her diet and lifestyle, which healed the cancer but left her living in a "cancer prison" where her body reacted to most foods and her environment. She was diagnosed with Hashimoto's and mast cell activation disorder. In 2019, she heard about Dr Joe and began reading his books and practicing his meditations, changing her trajectory.

When you decide that everything in the world that is “negative” or affecting you negatively is actually neutral and that everything in the world just “is”, you are no longer a victim to your environment. This has been especially helpful for me. It doesn’t matter what the thing is that you are letting affect you, only that it is affecting you. Make the choice to live in light and love and let everything else wash right off you.

Hi Alex, positive negative good bad these are all labels that we have learned to associate with how we're supposed to feel in the event or are feeling at the time. All learned behaviour so most don't even know that it's the labeling to a condition that causes the manifestation in the first place. Wish so called experts in medical field were to give this knowledge, but they have there agenda.

Thank you Janine for your testimony. I also went down the rabbit hole of blaming my environment, glyphosate, pesticides, heavy metals… Just like you I went on a strict diet, got rid of everything in my house. I drove my family crazy, and even created illnesses in them. When I realized I was creating the illnesses in my life I turned to Dr. Joe’s wisdom and meditations. The work has saved me from myself. Bless you Janine, your words have uplifted me.

That is wonderful. I'm working on my food issues and digestive. Irritable bowel is getting better. Was so bad for awhile, every time I eliminated it was bloating, inflammation and barely able to eat all day, and definitely had to avoid spicy or rich beefy foods. Anxiety is much better, depression abating and motivation slowly coming back. I'm celebrating increments and doing it from home.

@@jennifervhove9389 It's a combination of the meditations, envisioning a better future and being grateful for it, and real self love. Seeing and feeling the flip side of "love your neighbour as yourself", as in permission and a persistence in loving myself, as this wonderful, untapped source of love that is a limitless as God's love. Only I couldn't receive even God's love very well either. I only really knew it intellectually. I'm also looking at all the negative past thoughts and catching them, to not dwell on them and not let them become my future. Lots of negative emotions trapped in my body that need to be released. The blessing of the energy centers is a key meditation for me right now. I do a few others sometimes. That one works the best since it makes you focus and release negative emotions that affect digestion, eliminations, brain health (anxiety/depression and the brain governing every organ of the body). When you look into what and where the energy centers are, it starts to become clear why it works for various ailments. You release negative stored up energy that blocks and causes dis-ease, and you replace that w/ a higher, positive frequency, like love, gratitude, harmony, perfect order, etc.

My life is similar to hers. I have anxiety and panic attacks. I was diagnosed with Hyperaldosteronism, Interstitial Cystitis and had kidney cancer which has caused uncontrollable blood pressure. I started eating vegan and using organic chemical free products. Three weeks ago I was in a head on collision. I guy drove over the double yellow line and hit me. I made it through the accident with just a fractured collarbone. I am grateful to be alive. I am starting to learn about meditation and changing my thought process. I watch Joe Dispenza's videos every week. Praying I can undo all my negative thinking patterns from my crazy life. This video gives me hope that I can change my life for the better.

Hi Sandra. I am also very similar! I have a lot of anxiety / panic attacks, mostly related to health. I was diagnosed with AS in 2020 and have been struggling to get my life back. 10 years ago I had some medical trauma that led me to a life of fear of sickness. I eat all natural, vegan, no chemicals, pesticides, perfumes, you name it! I also have created a prison for my health and deviating outside the lines give me SO MUCH ANXIETY. In 2021 I started to meditations and signed up for Joe's retreat in Cancun in December 2021 but then I got into a car accident. He rear ended me at full speed at a red light and sandwiched me between his car and a truck. I had a concussion and couldn't go on the retreat, the trauma of the event relapsed my progress. I started up again in January with the meditations and I am committed to doing it everyday to heal my AS and my fear. I wish you all the best Sandra and sending you lots of love and energy to heal yourself!

What a powerful testimony & a courageous young woman for sharing her full testimony. I too suffered 28 years of panic disorder and all the cousins that come to join in: ocd, depresdion, phobias, self-diagnosing, etc. The list goes on and on. I literally got to the point of imprisonment in my home. Could not go out without what I call my safe person. Couldn't drive etc. During the early stages I was raising my daughter. I'm happy to say that it's been 5 years since my healing journey began. Last year I discovered Dr. Joe and always listening to him and improving my awareness. Thank goodness I have grown tremendously in just the past 6 months. Thank you for your testimony young lady & thank you Dr. Joe for all you do.

Wow wow! Thank you for sharing your COMPLETE story. So often I see testimonials where people emphasize the healing, but choose to omit the depth of what they overcame. I understand Dr. Joe's perspective on this in regard to depression and the past, however, leaving out the depth of one's story leaves a big part of the human soul behind. To transform means to have come from something. Knowing that "something" bit has the ability to reach beyond humanity's layers and touch the human core through the power of RELATION. Relating to one's story is so much more powerful when stories are shared with depth. I love her story. Her strength. Her rawness. I can relate so deeply that my inspiration is shooting through the roof! Share your stories, people! Be the storytellers of your healing legacy! Plant the roots by imparting your truths without withholding out of fear of the past. Express fully, and live that expression through ongoing coherence of one's past, present, and future. It's all a part of the big picture and holds a sacredness derseving of recognition. Amazing testimony.
