Oh God~Amy, thank you so very much for sharing this, I had a good (happy) cry :) I work with young people and depression is such a big part of their lives, needlessly. It's incredible to me that things haven't changed since I was a kid, at puberty like them. Hi Amy, have been waiting for a testimonial on someone taking anti depressants and for anxiety for very long time. So happy to hear yours. Thanks for sharing. I too started to taper but too afraid to go of it entirely. Worry I cant handle the withdrawal symptoms and my dr refused to help me. She thinks I need it hence I'm doing it on own. Been meditating everyday since Sept 2019 (may have skipped less than 8 days). I have signed up for Advance Workshop in Spain and hope (I havent got to the point to say..'i just knew') I'm going to heal. Are you totally off meds and any symptoms? Hugs
