You call yourself a dog trainer, but you're clearly a people trainer. Really appreciating all of these videos for my new pup!

I'm glad I started following you. So many people have recommended chokers or other methods that I don't feel are needed with a 4 month old. I love your gentle but commanding leadership type of training. I am so excited to start doing this with my puppy

Could you do a video on a dog that is good when there’s no distractions but no amount of food or back pedaling works when there is another dog close by? My dog is dog reactive and when she gets triggered, nothing works.. she even redirects on me by nipping my heels

My 4 month old GSP puppy does not pull on a lead, however she has recently started to chew her lead. Any tips please?

My dog is really good at heeling BUT when she gets the treat straight away she breaks for a couple seconds sniff break when i didnt tell her she could. Then she looks at me again until she gets the next treat then she breaks again. The whole walk. Unless i hold a handful of unlimited treats right at her nose and lure her the entire walk. Shes amazing and very smart (6mo GSP) but that nose just wants to sniff sniff sniff when were out and about.

Quick question! I am currently training my 11 month old collie to walk nice on the lead. I use the harness with lead clipped to her back for our walk for exercise, then i clip the lead to her collar to train loose lead. Could this be confusing her completely? We dont cover much ground when training so we are training to make a 'walk' and 'training' different for her.

Hi, I have a tiny little dog (4 pounds 11" tall) she is a chipoo. She is really struggling on the pulling on her leash. We have tried a martin Gail collar and a harness. Nothing seems to be helping. I have taken her on walks when she alert and when shes tired. I'm really trying to enjoy walks with her but I'm frustrated now. We have tried your back scratcher treat holder too as she is tiny, but she's just interested in all the leaves that are blowing or someone walking or a car going by. Thanks for any help.

We have our 3 mo old pit with a harness and collar. She is already very strong and pulls with a collar, so we generally walk her with leash attached to the harness. Do you have any training advice for harness walking. I fear she will hurt herself with the leash pulling on her throat.

So my dog is a bit different. He refuses to be lead by the leash like if i want to walk him out the door. He refuses to walk on the leash. I’ll put the leash on and take one step forward and he’ll start choking himself trying to pull away from me but if i stop walking or loosen the leash he stops doing that and tries to walk in front of me and does whatever he wants. Im sick of playing tug of war with him but I can’t just let him lead. Its only when i try to walk him some where he makes such a fuss and i think its because he wants to lead (maybe its a dominance issue like he’s trying to be alpha) I’ve tried treats they don’t work i tried gentle tugging doesn’t work. I feel like im out of options at this point
