Although implants are a great option to replace missing teeth, it is not always an option for everybody. Please pay attention to my recommendations but do consult with your surgeon and dentist. The list I provide is NOT an exhaustive list that would prevent dental implant placement but it does cover most, therefore speak with your provider in depth so you can determine if you are a candidate for implants.
