Of all the freight advice videos this man right here has inspired me to self start, I followed all his advice for my phase 1. Three monitors with a good dell desktop, all in one printer with fax, Cisco phone etc for my home office. I want to be full remote and give people freedom to work at home.. I want to be able to grow and become a employer of 50 plus agents. Can you please make a video on how to employ and add agents to your system and track loads and do payroll?

I'm also going through the same things, I have the whole setup(home office, website, toll free number, 75k trust, cargo insurance) but just waiting for the authority to become active. Should be any day now and I will be looking for full remote freight agents.

This guy is good. My wife and I are following him now and are pursuing our Freight Brokerage License. Once you bid on the load, where do you find the asset to move the freight? Do I just post it to the DAT Board and wait on a Trucker/Dispatcher to contact me?

The ones I work with use macropoint, carrierlink, Trucker Tools and many others. I always just download their apps and create username/password and pick loads. No problem 😊

Is there a software that can show me all the freight available to bid on across the United States? Or you have to have a relationship with a company in order to bid on their freight? I am looking for software that will show me all the freight available to bid on across the country. Or in certain lanes. Does that exist?

So, it seems as if large shippers are using their TMS to provide a platform to all brokers then? Much like the government having open contracts to bid on. Wouldn't it just be a matter of contacting them and asking for access as a broker then?

Hey Brandon, I tried to get set up with this system it’s not giving me option to do it so I called them. The guy told me in order to get set up with them. I need to find the shipper first that’s using the system and he would need to Set me up with the system and then they would send me login user name and password😒

I have loads.. Posted on truckstop but drivers dont want because its my 1st load. Should I co-broker for a while? Im getting nervous

So you have hopper trailer in Kansas ?

Brandon, the loads you are bidding on are provided by carrierpoint or are you integrated with a customer's TMS and these loads are bids that your customer sends out to multiple carriers in their own network?

Hey Marco!! These loads are provided by the shipper who uses carrier point as TMS. Shipper does not usually send loads as common practice...Loads are posted to the TMS...hope this helps!

But I am assuming that it took you lots of calls and grinding to "score" with this customer. And the result of the effort that you put into sourcing this customer was access to their TMS. Do you have to put the drivers name and number in there since its just a bid and you don't know if you will get it or not so you may not have a driver for it until you put it on the loadboard?
